The Billings JSEC would like to recognize businesses that create a great workplace in our community by representing them with the Employer of Choice Award.

All businesses and organizations of 2 or more employees, within any of the counties served by the Billings Job Service Office (Big Horn, Carbon, Musselshell, Stillwater, Yellowstone), are eligible to participate in this program.

JSEC recognizes three categories of employers:

• Employers with up to 50 employees
• Employers with 51-150 employees
• Employers with 151+ employees

Local Employer of Choice winners will be submitted to the Montana State Employers’ Council (MSEC) for consideration at the state level.
