JSEC’s mission is to support organizations and nonprofits that support and assist job seekers in Montana, as well as newly employed workers and others. JSEC offers charitable donations to many of these organizations, helping them to help others through their services.

Proceeds from JSEC events such as the Annual Jobs Jamboree have contributed over $21,000 in donations over the past five years to local nonprofits and organizations that support job seekers across Montana.

These donations help fund programs that offer résumé training, interview prep, career coaching, mentorship, placement services, and more. Together, Montana businesses can build a stronger workforce from the ground up, starting with awards like these.
